Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and authoritative Farm Coordinator cum Accommodation Supervisor to oversee our employee housing and daily farm-site coordination. This dual-purpose role is critical for ensuring that our staff accommodation (100+ workers) is managed with the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and order. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving resident issues, coordinating with technical teams for repairs, and ensuring that all administrative workforce records are accurate. The ideal candidate will possess a strong personality, exceptional conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple languages to bridge the gap between workers and management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, and safety of the staff accommodation facility.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate with the Engineering or maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Manage room allocations, maintain up-to-date occupancy lists, and oversee furniture/bedding inventory.
• Maintain and update accurate workers’ timesheets and attendance logs for Human Resources.
• Communicate and coordinate with palace guards, external suppliers, and a multicultural workforce.
• Handle resident concerns promptly, enforce accommodation rules, and ensure a peaceful living environment.
• Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure all common areas and rooms meet hygiene standards.
• Report directly to the Management regarding facility status and workforce updates.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in accommodation or facility supervision in the UAE.
• Multilingual proficiency: Basic communication in Arabic, English, and Urdu/Hindi is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant professional certificate.
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to manage large groups (100+ workers).
• Proven conflict-resolution and interpersonal skills to handle multicultural staff issues.
• Good organizational and technical reporting skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards for residential facilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple facility-related tasks.
