Fashion Designer – Dubai, UAE | Regal Group

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Design and develop seasonal fashion collections that align with the Regal Group brand vision and market demand.
• Technical Design: Create detailed sketches, digital illustrations, and comprehensive mood boards for each collection.
• Material Sourcing: Select appropriate fabrics, embroidery patterns, and trims to ensure a high-quality finish for all garments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the production, sampling, and sales teams to transition designs from paper to shelf.
• Quality Assurance: Supervise garment fittings and alterations, ensuring strict quality control during the sampling phase.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay updated on emerging fashion trends and customer preferences to keep collections modern and competitive.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related textile discipline.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW for digital fashion illustration.
• Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric types, embroidery techniques, and complex garment construction.
• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in fashion or textile design.
• Detail Orientation: High level of creativity with a keen eye for detail and trend awareness.
• Status: Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE.
