Job Description:
We are currently expanding our homecare division and are seeking dedicated and compassionate Female DOH Registered Nurses to join our team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing personalized medical support to patients in the comfort of their homes. This position is ideal for nursing professionals who thrive in independent work environments and are committed to maintaining high standards of clinical care. You will be responsible for administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring that all medical protocols are strictly followed while providing emotional and professional support to patients and their families.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, high-quality nursing care to patients within a homecare setting according to prescribed medical plans.
- Monitor, record, and report vital signs and symptoms to ensure proactive clinical management of patient health.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other specialized treatments in compliance with DOH regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams and families to coordinate patient care and recovery.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and maintained in accordance with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding shift schedules, licensing compliance, and professional development training.
- Utilize Information Technology and digital health records to log patient data and communicate with central medical staff.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must hold a valid DOH Registered Nurse license (Department of Health Abu Dhabi).
- Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and professional bedside manner.
- Comfortable and confident working independently within a private homecare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools for clinical data entry and remote monitoring.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work rotating shifts as required by patient needs.
- Willingness to accept assignments in either Abu Dhabi or Al Ain.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
