🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Seller Acquisition: Identify, approach, and successfully onboard new merchants across Dubai and the wider UAE to expand the marketplace.
  • Account Management: Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing seller accounts to ensure platform loyalty and growth.
  • Fieldwork Excellence: Conduct daily on-site visits for merchant onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
  • Platform Education: Educate sellers on marketplace features, seller tools, and strategies to increase their digital sales performance.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitor activities, merchant pain points, and local market trends to inform strategy.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Mandatory fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for the UAE market.
  • Experience: Proven background in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development; Marketplace or E-commerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with a performance-focused culture.
  • Field Comfort: Must be comfortable with daily fieldwork and frequent travel across various UAE commercial zones.
  • Skills: Strong face-to-face negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
  • Status: Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered for this role.
