Finance Head – Dubai, UAE | SGIVS

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Lead end-to-end financial planning, including the development of robust annual budgets and multi-year forecasts.
• Multi-Branch Oversight: Supervise and guide finance teams across various locations, ensuring standardized accounting practices and reporting.
• Liquidity Management: Oversee corporate cash flow, liquidity planning, and the implementation of strong financial control frameworks.
• Audit & Compliance: Manage statutory compliance and internal/external audit processes, ensuring zero-defect adherence to UAE financial regulations.
• Business Intelligence: Provide senior management with high-level financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic growth.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency in accounting operations, from payroll and accounts payable to month-end consolidation of multi-entity ledgers.

🔹 Requirements:

• Leadership Tenure: Demonstrated experience in a senior-level finance role (Head of Finance or Finance Director) within the UAE.
• Regulatory Mastery: Strong understanding of local financial laws, Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and IFRS standards.
• Multi-Site Experience: Proven ability to manage financial operations across multiple branches or business units.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, or MBA Finance preferred).
