Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role designed for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who can take full ownership of our financial ecosystem, including reporting, budgeting, and rigorous compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring the organization’s fiscal health by managing cash flow and providing strategic data-driven insights to the executive team. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a deep understanding of financial modeling and the ability to manage complex cross-border financial operations with precision.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring all statements comply with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
- Oversee cash flow management, optimizing liquidity to support ongoing operations and investments.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE tax laws, including VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Monitor internal controls and coordinate with auditors for annual financial reviews.
- Liaise with the Management team to provide strategic advisory on cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources department for payroll processing and staff benefit fund management.
- Oversee project-specific financing in collaboration with the Engineering and operations departments.
- Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for sophisticated financial modeling and data visualization.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) is a strict requirement.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a senior finance or managerial role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in Kenya or wider Africa markets is highly preferred and will be given priority.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern ERP financial systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and professional presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period are preferred.
