Finance Manager – Dubai, UAE | Nayak International (Aviation & Ground Handling)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Stewardship: Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including the preparation of comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasting to support business planning.
• Treasury & Payroll: Manage organizational cash flow, liquidity, and oversight of payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
• Strategic Insights: Provide senior management with data-driven financial analysis to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and coordinate with external auditors to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
• Internal Controls: Develop and monitor strong internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Finance Manager within the UAE (Mandatory).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS), financial controls, and modern ERP systems.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead a finance team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Professional certifications like ACCA/CPA/CMA are highly preferred).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level reporting.
