Job Description:

The Finance Staff member will execute day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations, handle property accounting workflows, maintain Zoho ledger records, perform reconciliations, and assist finance management in Dubai. Discover more opportunities on our real estate jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day accounting operations, overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
• Process invoices, payment entries, credit notes, customer receipts, and track operational expense accounts.
• Perform periodic bank, cash, and supplier ledger reconciliations to resolve financial variances promptly.
• Manage property accounting duties including tenant billing, service charge tracking, rental income, and vendor payables.
• Assist in preparing monthly closing schedules, financial statements, payroll processing, and UAE VAT submissions.
• Utilize Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management software to maintain precise digital accounting records.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of proven finance and accounting experience, with property management accounting experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, lookups, formulas) and accounting ERP software.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Property Management is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE VAT legislation, tax reporting routines, and general ledger reconciliation procedures.
