Job Description:

We are expanding our project operations group and are currently inviting qualified professionals to apply for core estimation and site engineering vacancies in Dubai. These full-time structural roles focus on driving precise material budgeting or overseeing active on-site physical builds under our centralized project management framework.

Available Positions:

• Fitout Estimator: Focuses on quantitative measurements, contract tendering, and quote negotiations.
• Fitout Engineer: Focuses on site layout execution, technical drawing reviews, and subcontractor tracking.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• For Estimator: Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze structural drawings, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), negotiate prices with suppliers, and compile competitive project bids.
• For Engineer: Supervise interior fitout works on-site, review architectural shop drawings, coordinate with contractors and consultants, track progress sheets, and compile daily field status reports.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and apply engineering practices to optimize material and labor assets.
• Enforce strict compliance metrics with client specifications, quality check templates, and corporate safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication lines between site teams, design departments, and procurement vendors.

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related architectural track.
• 3 to 5 years of solid professional experience working directly inside the UAE interior fitout or commercial construction sector.
• For Estimator: Advanced proficiency using software tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and complex MS Excel cost sheets.
• For Engineer: Advanced proficiency navigating AutoCAD layouts, tracking method statements, and managing live site crews.
• Strong numerical analytical capability paired with problem-solving and interpersonal coordination skills.
