Floor Supervisor (Licensed Persian Restaurant) – Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join a well-known and busy licensed Persian-inspired restaurant located in Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi. This role requires strong leadership to manage fast-paced floor operations and ensure exceptional guest service.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Train, support, and motivate front-of-house team members.
• Maintain strong service standards and address guest concerns professionally.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience, ideally in a licensed venue (mandatory).
• Strong leadership skills with solid English communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Supy, Lightspeed, and Sevenrooms systems is a plus.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
