Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and dynamic UAE National FM Engineer to join our professional engineering operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a technical professional who can deliver mechanical/electrical systems precision for management and asset lifecycle performance review. You will be responsible for supervising asset preventive maintenance schedules, organizing emergency corrective repairs, auditing site safety documentation, diagnosing electrical/HVAC faults, and updating plant inspection books. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Hard FM Systems, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and Safety Compliance Auditing and a proactive approach to engineering efficiency tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and controlling daily MEP plant operations and physical site assets to meet management and mechanical lifecycle targets.
- Support structural integrity in Dubai, reviewing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) charts, scheduling tool certifications, and documenting diagnostic metrics with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, subcontractor repair crews, and specialist vendor engineers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of on-site repairs.
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting tracks for mechanical and electrical systems, evaluate service levels, and compile field audit records.
- Utilize digital Information Technology software and modern CMMS interfaces to archive inspection files, generate energy logs, and track spare-parts consumption histories.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- UAE National citizenship is an absolute requirement for this position (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong background in management of asset tracking systems, preventive workflows, and physical plant parameters.
- Professional background in education regarding mechanical/electrical engineering principles, building health and safety codes, and fundamental facility management systems.
- Excellent communication, dynamic teamwork, and multi-disciplinary task coordination abilities.
