Job Description:
We are currently seeking a capable and energetic FOH Supervisor / Barista to join a premier casual dining outlet in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service delivery, requiring a hospitality professional who can balance technical coffee-making expertise with strong floor leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service flow, supervising daily operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable handling administrative tasks and inventory coordination alongside their primary sales and service duties. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee and beverages while maintaining strict consistency and presentation standards.
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service flow and a positive guest experience.
- Assist in handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining proper operational documentation for management.
- Support inventory management, including stock monitoring and direct coordination with suppliers.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service excellence across all areas of the outlet.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding staff scheduling and performance feedback.
- Utilize Information Technology and POS systems to manage transactions and track sales data.
- Support education initiatives for junior staff members on hospitality standards and menu knowledge.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or professional certification in Hospitality, Management, or Barista Training is preferred.
- Proven experience in front-of-house (FOH) supervision and professional barista skills within the UAE.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities suited for a high-volume casual dining environment.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital inventory and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and workplace hygiene management.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to guest service excellence.
- Must be currently based in Dubai and ready to join a fast-paced setting immediately.
- Capability to coordinate with engineering or maintenance teams regarding equipment upkeep.
