Job Description:
An exciting opportunity is now open for passionate hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at voco Bonnington Dubai. We are seeking Food & Beverage Assistants and Food & Beverage Supervisors who thrive in a lively, service-driven environment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating personalized guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards across our dining outlets. Supervisors will take on a critical leadership role, guiding team members and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. We are looking for individuals who can balance technical service skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude to maintain our reputation for warmth and individuality.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive and personalized food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a 5-star dining experience.
- For Supervisors: Lead daily shift operations, guide team members, and ensure service consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational strategies and achieve departmental revenue goals.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in compliance with Dubai Municipality and hotel protocols.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding team training schedules and performance monitoring.
- Utilize Information Technology and Point of Sale (POS) systems for accurate order processing and inventory tracking.
- Assist the Engineering team by reporting any maintenance issues within the F&B outlets promptly.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints constructively to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (Preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- For Supervisor applicants: At least 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory capacity in F&B.
- Prior experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment is highly preferred.
- A strong passion for hospitality with a guest-focused and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural team.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools related to hospitality service.
- Professional appearance and a positive mindset suited for a luxury service setting.
