Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Freelance Sales Manager to support our property development sales operations in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can lead property sales efforts and close high-value investment deals for management review. You will be responsible for conducting property viewings, generating leads through networking, and staying informed about the latest project launches.   • Lead property sales efforts and consistently achieve assigned sales targets across Dubai.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering professional advice to meet management investment standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal marketing departments regarding lead generation, networking activities, and new project training.
  • Conduct effective property viewings, presentations, and client meetings to close competitive real estate deals.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to track market trends and manage transaction processes.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in real estate sales specifically within the UAE market.
  • Strong background in management of property brokerage, client portfolios, and negotiation strategies.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding Dubai real estate trends and market conditions.
