Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Reception: Greet and assist patients and visitors with a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage the clinic’s appointment calendar, handling bookings, cancellations, and reschedules via phone and email.
- Medical Coordination: Liaise between patients and clinical staff to ensure a seamless flow of consultations and treatments.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain patient files and medical records in accordance with healthcare privacy standards.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming inquiries, manage the reception area’s presentation, and support the administrative team with daily operational tasks.
- Service Quality: Ensure every patient experiences high-standard service from check-in to check-out, contributing to the facility’s reputation for care.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is essential; UAE experience is highly preferred, and healthcare sector experience is a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn medical management systems.
- Personal Attributes: A customer-focused mindset, a professional appearance, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle frontline administrative duties efficiently.
