Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Welcome: Provide a warm and professional greeting to all patients and visitors, serving as the clinic’s primary brand ambassador.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage the scheduling system, handling check-ins, check-outs, and walk-in inquiries.
- Administrative Accuracy: Register new patients and update electronic medical records (EMR) with strict attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Financial Handling: Process payments via cash or card, issue receipts, and prepare clear treatment cost estimates for patients.
- Clinic Coordination: Work closely with medical and dental staff to ensure an optimized patient flow and minimal waiting times.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Experience: Proven track record in a front desk or receptionist role; experience in a medical or dental clinic is a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach and professional phone etiquette.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with calmness and accuracy.
- Confidentiality: Deep understanding of the importance of handling sensitive patient information with discretion.
