Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Premier Welcoming: Greet and assist clients in person, via phone, and through digital channels with a focus on high-end hospitality.
- Operations Management: Efficiently manage class bookings, instructor schedules, and process payments using the studio’s management software.
- Membership Growth: Confidently promote class packages and memberships; convert walk-ins and inquiries into long-term studio members.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell private sessions, retail products, or specialized workshops to existing clients.
- Environment Upkeep: Maintain a meticulously organized, tidy, and calm reception area that reflects the studio’s luxury aesthetic.
- Admin Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day studio flow.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Preferred background in Hospitality, Wellness, Retail, or Sales environments.
- Sales Savvy: Comfortable discussing pricing structures and closing membership sales with high-net-worth clients.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle queries with professional care and patience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with booking systems (e.g., Mindbody, Mariana Tek) and basic Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
- Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a premium, personalized client experience.
- Location: Ideally based near Dubai Marina or able to commute easily to the studio.
