Job Description:
Home Bakery is looking to expand its team with passionate and skilled individuals who are eager to contribute to our high-energy hospitality environment. We are currently hiring for four distinct Front of House roles to support our daily operations and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. Whether you are a master of specialty coffee, a hospitality leader, or a service expert, we want individuals who take pride in their work and have a natural flair for customer engagement. We are looking for “people persons” who can represent our brand’s values and maintain our reputation for excellence in the Abu Dhabi café scene.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Waiters & Waitresses: Provide attentive, friendly table service, managing guest orders and ensuring a clean, welcoming dining area.
- Specialty Baristas: Craft premium specialty coffee beverages with precision, maintaining high standards of latte art and flavor profiles.
- Cashier / Packaging Staff: Manage financial transactions accurately via POS systems and ensure all bakery products are packaged beautifully and securely.
- Restaurant Supervisors: Oversee daily floor operations, manage staff shifts, and ensure the highest standards of service and hygiene are met.
- Coordinate with the Management team to implement seasonal promotions and meet daily sales targets.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding onboarding, training, and maintaining high morale within the service team.
- Work with Engineering or maintenance to ensure all café equipment, from espresso machines to POS terminals, is in perfect working order.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and allergens to provide expert recommendations to guests.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in casual dining, stand-up cafés, or restaurant concepts within the UAE.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant vocational training in Hospitality is preferred.
- For Barista roles: Demonstrated experience and passion for specialty coffee culture.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a multicultural team.
- Availability to join immediately is highly preferred.
- Professional appearance and a high standard of personal hygiene.
