Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified General Accountant to manage comprehensive financial operations. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial records across our different business units. The successful candidate will handle everything from daily reconciliations to payroll and reporting, ensuring that all activities comply with both internal policies and UAE financial regulations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized financial records for multiple business sectors.
• Prepare detailed bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure 100% accuracy across all accounts.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory reporting and disbursements.
• Support the preparation of periodic financial reports, statements, and budgetary analyses.
• Ensure full compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and UAE company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth financial data flow.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage payroll and complex reconciliations accurately.
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel and modern accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive team player with a high degree of professional responsibility and attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills to handle the requirements of multiple sectors within the Human Resources and finance framework.
