Job Description:
We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to join our leadership team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our strategic framework, requiring a professional who can drive the long-term vision and organizational growth of a premier luxury destination for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for overseeing all key departments—including Rooms, F&B, Gaming, and Spa—while taking full ownership of financial outcomes and P&L management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the resort’s long-term vision and strategic direction within the Ras Al Khaimah luxury market.
- Oversee all key operational departments to meet management standards for consistent and elevated guest experiences.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and executive teams regarding multi-functional team management, organizational development, and talent growth.
- Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L oversight, budget control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Utilize digital Information Technology platforms for operational oversight, financial reporting, and data-driven strategic planning.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of senior executive experience specifically within luxury integrated resorts in the UAE or globally.
- Strong background in management of multi-functional teams, capital expenditures, and business expansion initiatives.
- Professional background in education or training regarding world-class service standards and financial modeling.
- Proven track record in strategic thinking and leading high-profile organizational transformations.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and globally recognized luxury hospitality destination.
