About the Role:

**Park Regis Business Bay Hotel** is seeking a skilled and dedicated **General Technician** to join their Engineering Team. This role is crucial for maintaining hotel facilities and ensuring all operations run smoothly and safely. Immediate joiners currently in Dubai are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

      
• Conduct **preventive and reactive maintenance** for guest rooms and hotel facilities.

      

• Troubleshoot and repair **electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems**.

      

• Assist with daily engineering operations while strictly adhering to safety and quality standards.

      

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.

      

• Support the engineering team during emergency breakdowns.

Requirements:

      
• Experience in **hospitality or facility maintenance**; hotel experience is strongly preferred.

      

• Strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.

      

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

      

• Must be **currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately** (mandatory).
