Grades 2–3 Homeroom Teacher – Dubai, UAE | Bright Learners Private School

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Massachusetts standards to foster a love for learning.
• Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages student curiosity.
• Student Development: Monitor and support the academic, social, and emotional growth of students in Grades 2 and 3.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the grade-level team and leadership to share best practices and resources.
• Professional Growth: Actively participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide improvement initiatives.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching discipline (PGCE/Teaching License is an advantage).
• Curriculum Knowledge: Hands-on experience with international or American curriculum (specifically Massachusetts standards) is highly preferred.
• Personality: A creative, enthusiastic educator with high energy and a positive attitude toward student-centered learning.
• Team Player: Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
• Availability: Ability to commence the role by January 5th, 2026.
