Job Description:
As CentFX continues to expand its presence in the UAE, we are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to fill two key roles within our Dubai operations. These positions are ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about the financial services environment and ready to take on the challenges of a competitive market. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity and a Sales Executive to drive our client acquisition strategies. Whether you are crafting the digital face of our brand or building long-term relationships with investors, you will be part of a team that values innovation, performance, and career focus.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
For Graphic Designer:
- Create engaging visual content, digital designs, and branding materials that align with CentFX’s corporate identity.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce high-impact social media assets and advertisements.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual style guides across all IT platforms and marketing channels.
For Sales Executive:
- Focus on client acquisition and promoting CentFX products and services in the competitive fintech market.
- Manage client relationships and provide professional guidance on financial service offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and networking.
General:
- Liaise with Management to align creative and commercial goals with company expansion plans.
- Partner with Human Resources to participate in fintech industry workshops and professional growth sessions.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- For Graphic Designer: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and a strong digital portfolio.
- For Sales Executive: Proven ability in sales, relationship management, and a passion for the financial markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Multilingual skills are a plus in the fintech sector).
- A proactive, energetic, and career-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.
- Basic understanding of fintech trends and financial trading services.
