Job Description:
We are excited to invite a talented Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is a perfect match for an individual who excels at the intersection of print production and digital multimedia. You will be instrumental in transforming brand concepts into market-ready packaging and compelling digital assets. We are looking for a designer who is not just technically proficient with industry-standard software, but also possesses a strategic mindset to align visual content with broader marketing and business objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design engaging, market-ready food packaging that stands out in retail environments.
- Develop high-quality, print-ready artwork, ensuring technical accuracy and production quality control.
- Create dynamic multimedia content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional digital activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and branding teams to deliver cohesive visual strategies.
- Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines and global quality standards.
- Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Liaise with the Management team to present design iterations and project milestones.
- Assist the Human Resources department in creating internal communication and branding materials.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging design and multimedia content development.
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
- Deep understanding of print production processes, color management, and typography.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and digital multimedia best practices.
- Must be able to meet the application deadline of 25 February 2026.
