Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Leadership: Manage daily reception operations and ensure a professional welcoming environment for all patients.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and coordinate patient visits to optimize clinic flow and minimize waiting times.
- Tele-Coordination: Handle all incoming and outgoing telecommunications, providing clear information and support to callers.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with internal medical and nursing teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions within the clinic.
- Guest Satisfaction: Resolve patient queries proactively and ensure a positive, compassionate experience through professional communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is strictly mandatory to assist our diverse patient demographic.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or clinic front-desk setting is preferred.
- Communication: Prior experience in tele-calling or professional call-handling is a significant advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to lead frontline management activities.
- Availability: Candidates must be available for immediate joining in Dubai.
- Attributes: Highly organized, empathetic, and capable of multitasking in a high-pressure medical environment.
