Job Description:

The Guest Relations GSO will deliver high-touch personalized services, welcome VIP arrivals, manage guest inquiries, and resolve concerns under front office management at Palm Jumeirah. Explore further customer service and hotel careers on our management jobs portal.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized guest relations services to create memorable experiences for all hotel guests and VIP residents.
Assist guests with diverse inquiries, special requests, and concierge recommendations while upholding luxury brand standards.
Manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery efficiently to ensure complete guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Support Front Office operations during check-in, check-out, and daily lobby activations to deliver seamless hospitality service.
Build lasting, positive guest relationships through proactive engagement, personalized touches, and genuine hospitality.

🔹 Requirements:

Prior experience within luxury lifestyle hotels, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage guest engagement, resolve complaints, and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Confident, energetic personality with a passion for delivering premium guest service in a fast-paced luxury resort.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, German, or Mandarin is highly advantageous.
