About the Role:

Central Hotels is announcing an opening for a Guest Service Agent in Dubai. This key role is for someone passionate about customer care and dedicated to delivering warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey, handling check-ins, guest inquiries, and front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage and promptly address all guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while interacting with guests from all over the world.
• Support general front-of-house operations in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a guest service or front-office role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer-first approach and the ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
