Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Head Chef to lead the culinary vision of our new premium burger concept. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead kitchen operations and drive menu identity for management and culinary performance review. You will be responsible for full ownership of the kitchen from pre-opening through launch, ensuring uncompromising quality standards and operational control. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Butchery, Flavor Development, and Fine Dining Discipline and a proactive approach to high-volume kitchen leadership. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations to meet management and culinary excellence standards.
- Support culinary integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% precision in portion control, food costing, and presentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department to recruit, train, and mentor a disciplined and high-performing kitchen team.
- Oversee inventory systems, supplier relationships, and P&L performance to maintain organizational sustainability.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and food safety software to ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and mise en place efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Professional Culinary Training or equivalent professional high-end kitchen experience.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a Head or Sous Chef leadership role.
- Strong background in management of kitchen workflows, waste reduction, and inventory purchasing.
- Professional background in education regarding technical butchery, meat preparation, and advanced flavor development.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess fine dining discipline, and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment in Dubai.
- Bonus points for international culinary experience and pre-opening concept development background.
