About the Role:
Cello Hospitality Group, a leading multi-concept restaurant group in Dubai, is seeking a high-caliber Head of Operations to join their senior management team. This role requires a strategic professional capable of managing FOH, BOH, Hygiene, Maintenance, and overall operational excellence across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full operations across all restaurant outlets (FOH + BOH), ensuring compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
- Oversee hygiene, food safety, and maintenance standards; ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including COGS, labor cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory control, ordering processes, and collaborate with Finance on P&L and budgeting.
- Coach, mentor, and develop outlet managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in a senior multi-outlet leadership role (Operations Manager, Cluster Manager, etc.) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FOH & BOH operations, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead managers and large, diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent skills in scheduling, labor management, cost control, and workflow optimization.
- Professional communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
