1. Childcare Nurse

• Qualification: BS Nursing graduate or Midwifery diploma holder.
• Licensing: Open to candidates with or without a professional license.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; a strong passion for pediatric care is essential.

2. Elderly Care Nurse

• Qualification: BS Nursing graduate.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in geriatric/elderly care.
• Physicality: Must be physically fit to assist patients with lifting and mobility.

3. Caregiver

• Certification: Valid and recognized Caregiver Certification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of elderly homecare experience within the GCC.
• Key Skill: Proven ability to provide mobility support and daily living assistance.

4. Physiotherapist

• Licensing: Must hold a valid DHA License.
• Experience: Prior experience in elderly care and rehabilitation is mandatory.
• Role: Skilled in mobility support and designing rehab programs for seniors.

• Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a private home setting.
• Monitoring: Regularly track vital signs, medication schedules, and developmental or recovery milestones.
• Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to the family and the Malaak management team.
• Safety: Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the patient, adhering to all infection control protocols.
• Mobility Support: Assist patients with physical movement, exercises, and rehabilitation tasks as prescribed.
