📌 Open Positions & Focus Areas:
Leadership & Engineering
- Project Manager – Landscape: (10-15 Years Exp) Civil Engineering grad with a focus on high-profile Middle East landscape projects. UAE driving license mandatory.
- Senior Cost Estimator – Landscape: (5-8 Years Exp) BE/B.Tech in Civil. Expertise in CAD, BIM, Revit, and Candy for projects > AED 100M.
Operations & Support
- Camp Superintendent: (5-8 Years Exp) Graduate/Diploma holder. Expert in labor accommodation management, HSE standards, and local authority regulations.
Sales & Technical Services
- Sales Executive – Pest Control (Dubai): (2+ Years Exp) B2B sales specialist. Sharjah/Dubai Municipality license is a strong advantage.
- Pest Control Engineer (Sharjah): (2-3 Years Exp) Technical treatment specialist. Valid UAE driving license and Sharjah Municipality license preferred.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Lead or support the delivery of prestigious landscaping and civil works according to Tier 1 standards.
- Financial Accuracy: (Estimators) Utilize advanced software to provide precise costings for multi-million dirham tenders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations, from labor camps to pest treatments, align with UAE local authority and HSE laws.
- Market Growth: (Sales) Identify and secure B2B contracts to expand the group’s service footprint in Dubai.
🔹 Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or relevant Diplomas based on the role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, Candy, BIM) for technical roles.
- Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for most positions. Municipality licenses (Pest Control) are highly preferred.
- Industry Stature: Experience working within the Middle East’s construction or landscaping sectors is essential.
