Job Description:
We are seeking passionate Holidays Travel Consultants and Global Visa Consultants to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can facilitate global mobility for management and tourism performance review. You will be responsible for holiday package creation, visa processing, and providing accurate travel information to clients. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Customer Service, Global Tourism, and Visa Documentation and a proactive approach to client handling. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored holiday and travel consultancy to meet management and client satisfaction benchmarks.
- Support global mobility integrity in Dubai, managing visa processing and documentation with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and airline partners to facilitate professional organizational coordination of travel itineraries.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely travel information.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to streamline booking processes and monitor visa application statuses.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, or a related field.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in travel, tourism, or customer service.
- Strong background in management of client expectations and travel-related documentation.
- Professional background in education regarding international visa protocols, holiday packaging, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced Dubai tourism environment.
