Home Room Teacher – Year 1 | Dubai, UAE | Grammar School

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in alignment with the English National Curriculum (Key Stage 1).
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and organized Home Room environment that encourages active student participation.
• Assessment: Monitor, record, and report on the progress of students, utilizing data to inform future lesson planning.
• Parental Engagement: Maintain professional communication with parents regarding their child’s academic and social development.
• Compliance: Ensure all teaching practices meet KHDA requirements and internal school standards.
• Collaboration: Participate in department meetings, professional development, and school-wide events.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: At least one year of teaching experience in a British Curriculum school (UAE experience is preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in the relevant subject or in Education (B.Ed/PGCE).
• Language: Full fluency in English is mandatory.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain KHDA approval, Ministry of Labor approval, and a clean Police Clearance Certificate.
• Availability: Immediate start required. Candidates currently serving a notice period will not be considered.
