- Kitchen: Asian Cuisine Chefs
- Management & Supervision: Supervisors, Bar Manager
- Bar Team: Bartenders, Barbacks
- Front of House: Hostess, Waiters, Runners
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in alignment with Hey, Tigerβs hospitality standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-energy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Guest Experience: Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every guest through proactive service.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively across departments (Kitchen, Bar, Floor) to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Knowledge Application: Utilize a strong understanding of Asian cuisine to assist guests with menu selection and dish descriptions.
πΉ Requirements:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Asian cuisine and professional restaurant service standards.
- Experience: Prior experience in similar hospitality roles is highly preferred.
- Location: Candidates must be currently based in Dubai. Applicants from other Emirates or overseas will not be considered.
- Attitude: Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for customer service and high-energy hospitality.
