🔹 Open Positions:

  • Restaurant Manager: Expert in upscale lounges and Japanese dining concepts.
  • Reservations Manager: Lead the booking strategy and guest relations management.
  • Floor Manager: Oversee high-volume service flow and team synchronization.
  • Floor Supervisor: Direct oversight of front-of-house staff and guest satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards.
  • Guest Journey Mapping: Curate and maintain an exceptional guest experience from reservation to departure.
  • Team Mentorship: Train and motivate staff to uphold the group’s founder-led values and technical service protocols.
  • Strategic Coordination: (Restaurant Manager) Drive performance in Japanese dining environments, ensuring authentic and upscale lounge vibes.
  • Reservation Optimization: (Reservations Manager) Manage table inventory and guest preferences to maximize occupancy and personalization.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in an F&B setting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Relevant management experience in premium hospitality; Japanese dining and lounge experience is mandatory for the Restaurant Manager role.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
