Job Description:

We are executing a strategic recruitment campaign across our core guest relations team and are seeking four passionate, highly motivated hospitality professionals to step into the vacant tracks of Waiter / Waitress and Head Waiter / Head Waitress to govern day-to-day table operations and direct premium service pathways in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, world-class guest service within a high-volume, luxury fine dining restaurant ecosystem cleanly.
  • Take and execute food & beverage orders accurately, showing a detailed command of the menu, ingredients, and classic preparation styles.
  • Ensure flawless, synchronized table service workflows, anticipating guest needs, and actively monitoring guest satisfaction indicators.
  • Maintain the absolute cleanliness, precise staging, and visual presentation of assigned dining rooms and front-of-house service areas.
  • Support seamless cross-team coordination, floor communication, and sidework routines to guarantee highly efficient kitchen-to-table operations.
  • Assist in maintaining rigid company hospitality guidelines, service protocols, grooming matrices, and brand representation codes.
  • Reconcile daily transaction logs, tracking table turnover metrics, guest receipt files, and point-of-sale closing tallies systematically.

  • Demonstrated technical capability to seamlessly execute classic table settings, silver service adjustments, wine presentation protocols, and order tracking flows using modern digital handheld devices.
  • Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities monitoring seat occupancy rates, tracking daily specials logs, and maintaining covers inventories inside Microsoft Excel databases.
  • Positive, energetic team-focused mindset, combined with an active willingness to train continuously and grow upward through our professional organizational hierarchies.
  • Deep, comprehensive operational knowledge across the following primary functional dimensions:
    • Food & beverage service mechanics, classic Italian culinary terminology, wine pairing foundations, and order management procedures.
