Job Description / Role
Available Roles:
- Hotel Receptionist: Focuses on front-desk operations, guest services, check-in/check-out. Must have OPERA system experience.
- General Technician: Responsible for routine maintenance and ensuring hotel facilities run smoothly.
Requirements (For Both Roles):
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hotel environment (Mandatory).
- For Receptionist: Proven familiarity with OPERA or similar property management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Positive attitude and dedication to delivering a great guest experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts that support hotel operations.
