Hotel Receptionist and General Technician – Ras Al Khaimah, UAE | Action Hotels Ras Al Khaimah

Available Roles:

• Hotel Receptionist: Focuses on front-desk operations, guest services, check-in/check-out. Must have OPERA system experience.
• General Technician: Responsible for routine maintenance and ensuring hotel facilities run smoothly.

Requirements (For Both Roles):

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hotel environment (Mandatory).
• For Receptionist: Proven familiarity with OPERA or similar property management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Positive attitude and dedication to delivering a great guest experience.
• Flexibility to work shifts that support hotel operations.
