Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll & HR Admin: Manage HR administrative tasks, including the maintenance of employee records and providing critical assistance in payroll processing.
- Financial Operations: Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Recruitment Coordination: Support the hiring lifecycle by coordinating interviews, assisting in candidate screening, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
- Record Management: Maintain meticulous and organized digital and physical records for both HR and accounting operations.
- Confidentiality: Ensure the highest level of security and discretion regarding sensitive employee personal data and company financial information.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Background: Previous experience within the Hospitality or Food & Beverage sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and familiarity with hospitality-specific accounting or HRIS tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: High level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
