Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and managing interview schedules and candidate communications.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate the new-hire journey, including the preparation of offer letters, collection of mandatory documentation, and system enrollment.
- Document Management: Maintain highly organized digital and physical HR files, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date.
- General Administration: Provide essential administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence and routine office tasks.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee requests.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee data with the highest level of discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.

🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for effective candidate and internal coordination.
- Attributes: High level of reliability, proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR record-keeping systems.
- Availability: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE and ready for immediate involvement.
