Job Description:
New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is looking for an organized and motivated HR & Admin Officer to support daily human resources and administrative operations in Oud Metha. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating office logistics, and ensuring that all administrative workflows are executed seamlessly. As the primary support for both HR and general management, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth internal operations and ensuring compliance with company policies in the fast-paced insurance brokerage sector.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with comprehensive HR documentation, maintaining up-to-date employee files and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support daily attendance monitoring, leave management, and basic HR coordination tasks.
- Handle general office administration, including professional correspondence, record keeping, and office supply management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient communication within the brokerage.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and UAE Labour Law requirements.
- Liaise with the Management team to assist in corporate events and administrative planning.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and HRIS systems to manage digital records and data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding payroll data and employee benefit administration.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience within the UAE.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and general HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
