Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including strategic recruitment, structured onboarding, and proactive employee relations.
- Office Administration: Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure high-efficiency office operations and facility management.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and employee contracts strictly adhere to the latest UAE Labor Laws and government regulations.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and support initiatives aimed at improving staff morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- Record Management: Maintain highly accurate digital and physical HR records, ensuring data privacy and audit readiness.
- Process Independent Management: Take full ownership of HR and administrative workflows, identifying areas for process improvement.

🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in combined HR and administrative roles within the UAE.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, HR policies, and visa processing procedures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Aptitude: Ability to work independently, manage multiple functions simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality.
- Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
