Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist in the daily operations of the HR department, managing employee files and internal documentation.
- Recruitment Coordination: Support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and assisting in initial screenings.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new joiners, ensuring all necessary paperwork and company inductions are completed.
- Records Management: Maintain up-to-date digital and physical employee records, including leave tracking and attendance monitoring.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic administrative needs.
- Compliance Assistance: Support the HR Manager in ensuring all records comply with UAE Labour Law and food industry health & safety standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced food industry environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of UAE Labour Law and general human resources best practices.
