Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll-related tasks, ensuring all calculations for salaries, deductions, and incentives are accurate.
- Data Management: Maintain and update comprehensive employee records with a strict focus on data integrity and confidentiality.
- Excel Reporting: Use advanced MS Excel functions to handle large datasets, generate HR reports, and streamline administrative workflows.
- Operational Support: Support daily HR activities, including attendance tracking, leave management, and basic employee inquiries.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities align with company policies and UAE labor regulations regarding Wage Protection Systems (WPS).
- Documentation: Prepare HR-related documents, certificates, and internal memos with high attention to detail.
🔹 Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in payroll processing and payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas) is mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and protect sensitive and confidential information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attributes: Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently under strict deadlines.
