Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide daily support for HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination of office operations.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential HR files and personnel records for all staff.
- Onboarding & Recruitment: Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding journey for new joiners.
- Employee Liaison: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, requests, and general information.
- HR Reporting: Support the team with basic HR reporting and internal communication to keep the workforce informed.
- Documentation: Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi is required for effective communication with a diverse workforce.
- Experience: Basic HR experience or previous exposure to an HR environment is highly preferred.
- Reliability: A proactive and dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee information with absolute discretion.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
