Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and HR databases; prepare official documentation including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all HR processes align with the latest UAE Labour Laws; monitor probationary periods, attendance, and leave records.
- Recruitment Support: Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, from posting vacancies and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the orientation of new employees and interns, managing IT access, welcome kits, and training schedules.
- Reporting: Generate monthly HR metrics, including headcount analysis, turnover rates, and attendance summaries.
- Document Control: Track critical timelines for residency visas, contract renewals, and Emirates ID processing to ensure zero lapses in compliance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HR support or assistant role within the UAE.
- Legal Knowledge: Solid, up-to-date understanding of UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for reporting) and experience with HRIS platforms.
- Attributes: Exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee data.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
