Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and highly organized HR Business Partner to drive daily workforce strategies, retail employee pipelines, and corporate culture tracking tracks for our fast-paced retail operations in Dubai. This active corporate role demands complete lifecycle control over store staffing, precise policy file documentation, and immediate employee relations resolution to guarantee high-performing teams for group management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with retail business leaders to design, deploy, and monitor localized human resource strategies that drive commercial success.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment loops, structural onboarding, and proactive workforce planning across our diverse beauty retail boutiques.
  • Drive high-impact employee engagement initiatives, workplace satisfaction metrics, and affirmative corporate culture programs.
  • Assist in executing seasonal performance assessment models, KPI tracking protocols, and internal talent development programs.
  • Govern localized HR policies, administrative procedures, and complete regulatory alignment with UAE Federal Labor Laws.
  • Support corporate talent retention strategies, employee onboarding assessments, and internal succession mapping tracks.
  • Work closely with corporate management to address employee relations concerns, internal grievances, and counseling workflows.
  • Analyze essential HR data metrics, turnover trends, and hiring velocities to deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.

  • Strong functional understanding of modern HR practices, corporate employee relations, and strategic business partnering modules.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and cross-functional English communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate efficiently and maintain complete organizational alignment within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, structural conflict resolution, and objective executive decision-making abilities.
  • Prior professional experience managing human resources inside the retail or beauty industry is considered a distinct competitive advantage.
  • Practical background in education regarding talent acquisition metrics, performance review design, labor law compliance, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Demonstrated passion for driving employee development, professional team building, and long-term organizational growth.
