Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
- Records Management: Maintain meticulously organized personnel files, HR documentation, and digital employee databases.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support monthly payroll processing by tracking attendance, leave management, and final settlement calculations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and company policies strictly adhere to the latest UAE Labor Laws.
- Reporting: Assist senior management with periodic HR metrics, reports, and administrative coordination across departments.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external agencies and internal department heads to ensure smooth operational workflows.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR professional specifically within the UAE market is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor regulations, visa processes, and MOHRE/GDRFA requirements.
- Skills: High proficiency in MS Office; strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position.
