Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing retail staff to onboarding and orientation for new supermarket branches.
- Multi-Branch Management: Oversee HR functions across multiple retail locations, ensuring consistency in policy and staff coordination.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all HR activities, contracts, and terminations are strictly aligned with the latest UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
- Employee Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of visas, work permits, insurance, and employee contracts in an organized HR database.
- Performance & Relations: Support management in performance appraisals, handling employee grievances, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Workforce Planning: Assist in forecasting staffing needs and planning workforce distribution across supermarket departments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE, specifically within the supermarket, hypermarket, or retail industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processing procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS or HR management software.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills; ability to handle professional correspondence and multi-branch coordination.
- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
