Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive employee documentation.
- Multi-Branch Coordination: Efficiently oversee and harmonize HR activities across several retail branches in Abu Dhabi.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR processes, contracts, and employee relations strictly adhere to the latest UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
- Database Management: Maintain highly accurate employee records, employment contracts, and digital HR databases.
- Performance & Relations: Support management in performance appraisals, employee relations, and general staff coordination to maintain morale.
- Workforce Planning: Assist leadership with HR strategic planning, forecasting workforce requirements to meet retail growth targets.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE, specifically within the supermarket, hypermarket, or retail industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and MOHRE regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing HRIS or staff databases.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between different supermarket branches.
- Attributes: Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
