Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive cum Admin to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical for the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office, bridging the gap between talent management and administrative efficiency. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional with deep roots in the UAE’s regulatory environment and the interpersonal skills necessary to handle diverse employee relations. We are looking for an immediate joiner who can hit the ground running and uphold our commitment to professional excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, structured onboarding, and maintenance of digital employee records.
- Oversee comprehensive administrative tasks and office coordination to ensure a professional work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labor Laws and all local regulatory requirements.
- Support employee relations by acting as the primary point of contact for daily HR inquiries and grievances.
- Assist with payroll coordination, ensuring all documentation and attendance records are processed accurately.
- Work closely with the Management team to develop and implement internal office policies.
- Coordinate with the Engineering or technical departments regarding specialized manpower requirements and site-based admin support.
- Manage office vendor relations and procurement of administrative supplies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in HR and Administration specifically within the UAE.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and MOHRE procedures.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and modern HR software tools.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to office management.
- Immediate joiners currently residing in the UAE are highly preferred.
